I AM A JEANS GIRL
Some things I know for sure. One of them is this: My absolute FAVORITE jeans to wear are Siwy Denim. There isn’t anything I don’t like about them. They come in every wash imaginable, they are stamped with the precious “open heart” pocket emblem, and they are designed by the incomparable angel that is Michelle Siwy. She ensures that TLC goes into every single piece and it shows. (The fact that they make your ass look bangin’ is an obvious plus.)
Siwy and Co are making specialty knits now as well. Exhibit A, the super soft sweater above - with thumb holes - I die!

Tribute of Light for 9/11
A team of 30 electricians worked through the night yesterday to prepare for the 10th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks which takes place on Sunday. The ‘Tribute in Light’ is made up of 88 bulbs which project two blue beacons of light up into the heavens that is visible from a 60 mile radius. The tribute will be powered on for the entire day and night on Sunday to remember the 2,753 people who died on September 11, 2001. The National September 11 Memorial and Museum is also scheduled to open on Sunday at the WTC site.
In memory of all the people, World Trade Center, the Pentagon attack, United Airlines Flight 93, and September 11, 2001. Reblogging is simply not enough.
